Return Policy 

For all items you can return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Items must like-new condition,it is never opened,used,keep the original tags on it.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the items.

Please send us an email (support@autelglobal.store) with your order number,item details,and return requirement. After we confirm,we will send you a label of the address which you can return to .  

Return to US warehouse

If you are from the US , you return to the US warehouse ,normally there will be 3-5days on the way. After we receive the items,we will refund the money to you within 3days. Total finished the whole return progress will be around 10days.

Return to China warehouse  

If you are from other countries , you need to return the products to the China warehouse.

Please send us an email to know more notice details.

For return to China warehouse,while producing customs tax at China local, it will be deducted from your refund.

Normally there will be 7-9days on the way. It depends on which carrier you used . you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Special Returns

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Before you accept delivery of your items, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery, you have 2 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues.Before you open the package,please take video or photos.

Exchange Policy 

If the products were damaged on the way , or were already defective , we will exchange new items for you. Or according to the requirement to refund.

Refund Policy 

For the below situations,we will refund money to you.

  1. Within 30days return,and we received the return products,it met the new condition.

  1. It is damaged on the way , or defective , you don’t require the exchange,you need a refund.

  1. Cancel the order within 24hours or before we send out the goods.

  1. Cancel the order by us.

If you make payment by Credit Card , our process time is also 1 work day.  The time you can get the money depends on different banks.      

We will inform you by email once we arrange the refund.
